Sealed Quench Furnaces

Sealed quench furnaces offer the twin advantages of low running and maintenance costs and high production rates. Wellman Furnace Engineering has vast experience in this field, having manufactured and installed over 500 sealed quench furnaces worldwide. We supply both gas-fired and electrically heated furnaces, ranging in size from 250 kg to 1500 kg gross charge weight.

Depending on customer requirements, installations can include tempering furnaces, wash machines, loaders/unloaders, storage and lift tables, work grids, jigs and fixtures, baskets, atmosphere generators and control systems and computer networks, up to and including complete automation.
